The California Arts Council is holding its December business meeting in Riverside. The public is invited to attend and address the Council during the public comment period. A detailed agenda will be posted ten days prior to the meeting at http://arts.ca.gov/aboutus/councilmeetings.php.
The California Arts Council will offer a special grants workshop following the Council's business meeting. Arts Council Programs Officer Shelly Gillbride will provide an overview of the California Arts Council's state grant process and train local arts and culture nonprofit organizations in best practices for successful grant applications.
