The Riverside Arts Council is proud to present National Endowment for the Arts Chair Jane Chu, who will be speaking about the NEA and its programs. This marks the first time that the agency will be visiting Riverside and the Inland region. It is a marvelous opportunity to see the arts from a national perspective.
