UCR ARTS is committed to presenting exhibitions, performances, lectures, and film screenings that highlight faculty and student accomplishments as part of its curated programming. UCR ARTS also offers programs initiated by faculty and students that bring distinguished artists to UCR. UCR ARTS supports faculty and students by providing performance and exhibition space, technical expertise, publicity, and grant application support. All these UCR Arts programs help inform the Riverside and Southern California audience about significant artistic research in the twenty departments that comprise the College of Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences. Other UCR colleges and departments have also been featured at UCR Arts.
